To provide innovative analysis and commentary on Information Technology Law and Policy. As well as to provide cutting edge support on law and technology related services to different clientele.

A world class research institution on law and information communication technology in sub Saharan Africa.
Partnerships
As an emerging centre, cTLD will structure partnerships with different actors in the field including universities, colleges, schools, private sector, government agencies in advancing usage of law and technology including the interdisciplinary aspects such as ethics on the increase.
